Training…

There are several places on the Net that list scheduled techdiverTraining instructional programs, charters and events: The list below is the most comprehensive for training, particularly for finding courses with spots that need filling; there’s also an events area on techdiver’s FaceBook page (mostly for trips and charters); and there is the calendar on this website (which is primarily to keep track of what’s happening where).

ginnieIf you want to train with me — thanks for that — and if you don’t see something listed below that suits, please contact me with the dates you have free, what it is you want to accomplish, and where you’d like your training to take place. With long enough notice, we should be able to work something out.

FYI, there is a partial pricelist below

TRAVEL COSTS
Often, it is more convenient for an individual or group to have me travel to them rather than vis-versa. My out-of-pocket expenses such airfare, car rentals, accommodations are NOT INCLUDED in per-day fees. Please ask for a quotation.

A word about my Pricing Structure
As a professional instructor trainer with more than 20 years’ experience running successful advanced diving programs, I’ve learned that quoting a daily rate and the minimum number of days for each program is logical and a more realistic way to price training. Without exception, better quality training results from a system that is tailored to the student’s needs rather than one that attempts to make everyone conform to a one-size-fits-all, cookie-cutter paradigm.

If you have questions about your budget or value for your training dollar, let’s talk.

Equipment / Rebreather Sales
As an independent instructor without a true store-front, I do not usually sell dive gear to the general public either online or over the counter. However, as an ambassador for several products and product lines that in my opinion are top-quality and do the job asked of them (OThree, Hollis, Light Monkey, etc.), I feel comfortable selling to students who need quality gear that’s fit for purpose. If you have something in mind, contact me.

Please also contact me by email at doppler@techdivertraining.org for other programs you may be interested in, or for special group scheduling.
